Roxy Lanes to open in Nottingham

Roxy Leisure will be opening its second Nottingham site this summer.

A rapidly-expanding bowling and multi-experience business will open its next venue in Nottingham this summer, with Roxy Lanes coming to the city.

Parent company Roxy Leisure will be opening its second site and first Roxy Lanes venue in Nottingham City centre this summer. Its other Nottingham venue is Roxy Ball Room The Cornerhouse.

Roxy Lanes Nottingham will focus on ten-pin bowling and feature a range of activities including American pool, beer pong, karaoke rooms, batting cages, shuffleboard, tech-based darts and ice-free curling.

Guests at Roxy Lanes Nottingham will also be able to enjoy Sky Sports, alongside a brand-new food menu, featuring Italian focaccia pizzas and a signature drinks offering.

"Since opening our largest Roxy Ball Room venue in Nottingham on The Cornerhouse back in 2017, the site has always received the up most support from the locals," says Roxy Leisure’s commercial manager Joel Mitchell. "We’re really looking forward to bringing our Roxy Lanes concept to the city. Not only will Roxy Lanes Nottingham feature ten-pin bowling and an exciting range of activities, it will also be family-friendly until 5pm, seven days a week."

Founded by Matthew Jones and Ben Jones, Roxy Leisure opened its first Roxy Ball Room site on Leeds’ Boar Lane back in 2013. The Roxy Leisure group currently has 18 sites across the UK, following its most recent launches in York, Cheltenham and Liverpool.
