Second new look Slug & Lettuce arrives
Slug & Lettuce is set to reopen in Birmingham’s Brindley Place.
The second new look Slug & Lettuce will open in Birmingham’s Brindleyplace on 1 March.
Following a £650,000 investment from owners Stonegate Group, new features include a bright colour scheme, VIP booth seating and marble and terrazzo tabletops.
The refurbishment of the Birmingham site follows the redesign of Slug & Lettuce’s flagship venue in Deansgate, Manchester, in September 2023 (pictured above).
In January 2024, Stonegate CEO David McDowall told Pub & Bar more about the plans for the concept and other brands within the circa 4,500 estate.
Ready for Instagram
The bar is said to be awash with 'Instagram-able features', including mirrorballs, bespoke murals, neon lights and theatrical cocktail glasses.
