Cheese patty road test complete

As H2O Publishing’s Road Test returns, Andrew Scott, executive development chef at Wadworth, takes Arla Pro’s Crispy Coated Cheese Patty for a spin.

An executive development chef has put some brand new cheese patties to the test, as part of an initiative from H2O Publishing, which publishes Pub & Bar.

The H2O Road Test, which encourages chefs from across the hospitality and foodservice industries to trial products on behalf of the on-trade, took another test drive last month, as Andrew Scott, executive development chef at Wadworth, experimented with Arla Pro’s Crispy Coated Cheese Patty as part of a feature within Pub & Bar magazine. The full demo can be viewed below.

“We tested our brand new Crispy Coated Cheese Patty on the Road Test to see how operators would experiment with the product independently,” explains Jenna Hodgson-Silke, global marketing operations Manager at Arla Foods. “This product, made with simply just cheese, has been created to help pub and bar operators tap into the massive demand for meat-free burgers on their menus – the new burger patties offer a great-tasting, quick-cook, vegetarian option. They are crispy, succulent and have a mild, creamy taste, so are easily customisable. A perfect choice for pubs and bars looking to refresh their burger menus while making consistency easy and profitability a focus.”
