The bi-annual supplement from Pub & Bar owner H2O Publishing documents key operational areas that may once have seemed a little alternative, but are now well and truly a dominant part of contemporary consumer expectations. It has returned with an edition all about 'choices'.
With in-depth features and exclusive content, the issue looks into the choices consumers are making and the consequential decisions operators will have to make based on those market movements.
The magazine is distributed for free to pioneering operators who are looking to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to modern trading. It can also be read online.
In its launch issue in 2023, the overall theme of the title was ‘menus’. In its follow-up edition, the angle moved onto ‘operations’.
The next issue of Alternative to Mainstream will be published in October 2025.
